Why Fynd?
Fynd is Philadelphia's largest and most accurate local event aggregator, bringing together happenings from hundreds of venues across the city. With our intuitive platform, discovering events is quick and seamless, giving you a snapshot of what's happening tonight, tomorrow, or next week.
Our Story
Fynd was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, inspired by the resilience of local businesses facing unprecedented challenges. Our co-founders, Max Thalheimer and Chris Shaw, saw the devastating impact on bars, restaurants, and other local venues forced to close their doors. Driven by a desire to keep these community staples alive, they spent months talking to business owners, managers, servers, bartenders, and hostesses to understand how they could make a meaningful difference. What they found was simple but profound: businesses needed more butts in seats, and were using events to try to get them there. Events that were almost impossible to discover unless you happened to be "in the know". Thus Fynd was born to make sure that everyone could always be in the know.
